Made an appointment and waited serval weeks for…read morethe appointment and thinking I am having a review with the Dr and I am on a zoom call with multiple potential clients with someone that was a previous client and now works there. and I guess I'm trying to figure out where Hepa is when you're on there telling them about yourself and about your issues and the potential clients can see your face .can how that is OK. Then to listen to someone tell us about the company and the owner. At the end of the meeting I told them that I already had this testing performed in September and I would like to use that dutch test and not spend the $400 that you are asking me to spend and they said yes, that's fine. Just upload that information And we will go over it with the Doctor and get back with you and set an appointment and that was three weeks ago they didn't have the courtesy after numerous emails asking them why no response leaving messages on the voicemail. No return calls because they didn't make $400 off of me to use their Dutch test and they send me an email telling they don't feel that I am a fit for happy hormone cottage and why is that I am not a fit for your services? About 10 years went to this company and they were all about the money then 200 then 100 and 400 before I knew it I was 1000.00 just in one visit They take no insurance so everything is out of pocket and to ask a question regarding your medication was you will have to make an appointment to go over it.
