We had a large tree down in our backyard after Sunday's storm. I called Brijer a little bit after 5 a.m. as the website said that the company was open. Unfortunately, I woke the owner up but he was extremely gracious and was at my house within a couple of hours to give me an estimate. A crew of approximately 7-8 men arrived at our house around 2p.m. the same day after working another job. They worked another 2 hours removing two trees and cleaned up the back and the front yards. This is my third time using Brijer. They are AWESOME! Previously they had trimmed my Eucs that were prob 70 ft tall as well as removed one-the largest-80 ft. Ground the stomp and knobbed and trimmed the other two. A couple of months later, the stomp was growing back. One call to joe and the next day they ground it again-no charge. Today they came and removed two HUGE palm trees. It was pretty cool to watch. They are an extremely well oiled machine. Not only were the palms gone, it looks as though they were never there. I called and left a message Friday for a quote to remove 2 hybrid date palms that were over 30+ feet tall. Joe called me back within a few hours that same day, his foreman was at my house that Monday on time and gave me s very reasonable quote for removal and stump grinding that was considerably less than what other tree companies quoted for just removal. Not sure what happened a couple years ago with Brijer Resources & the one-star negative review, all I know is that they did excellent work for us a couple months ago. We have three mature trees that needed trimming and Joe quoted me a great price, very competitive with other landscaping companies. His crew came and did outstanding work. The foreman even asked me to check their work, which I did...and asked them to trim a bit more! Which they did. I was so impressed that I called Joe last week to set an appointment to get a quote on more landscaping work in our yard. I've been impressed so far. Terrible experience. Paid for Brijer Resources to trim bushes in the yard, then they said that their trimmer was broken and they would return. That was the last we saw of them. They have not returned our phone calls nor have they trimmed the bushes in the yard. read more

I would not recommend this company. Joe told me he'd be at my house for a palm tree trim between 1 and 2pm on Wednesday. He never showed up or called. I even called him and left a messsage to see if he was going to do the job and he never even returned my call. Very disappointing. If he had just declined the job, I would have found someone else to do it. read more
