I called Quality Tree Service last Sunday hoping to leave a message for a return call but to my surprise Mary the owner answered and replied "I'll can be there in an hour right after church". When she arrived she quickly surveyed my hopelessly overgrown mesquite that had been badly damaged by a microburst two summers ago. She had her crew on scene the following Tuesday, arriving a few minutes early (yep, right on time!). Mary had moved me up in the queue because of the threat of rain and didn't want me to have to suffer a potentially long rain delay (how's that for service?). The crew was very polite, hard working and professional. They did a magnificent job and a very thorough clean-up afterwards. The final invoice was as advertised, no balloon charges or add-ons of any kind. And yes, we beat the rain by about 4 minutes! Quality Tree Service is just that. QUALITY. Had a mess of shrubs and cactus I wanted removed. They explained to me that I needed to call blue steak Az to ensure that they would not be rupturing any of my house utilities (gas, electric, water, internet). When water would mark "private property" Mary got somebody from the city out to my house to work on where the water line might be. When he couldn't guarantee where the line was, Mary made sure the workers were extra careful and ensured that they were not hitting my water line when they had to grind down the stumps. They even did extra work to knock down a lot of my weeds that had gotten out of hand even though I hadn't asked them too. Once they were done they clean up everything beautifully. I found Quality Tree Service to be professional and very knowledgeable. Mary responded to my email on the weekend and came over to give me an estimate the same day! Not only did she spend a lot of time assessing the tree, she gave me pointers and tips as to how to keep it well. She spent a great deal of time instructing me and for that I am appreciative. She was able to schedule me in a few days because of an opening and had a crew there bright and early. My tree looks wonderful and a lot lighter now. When I told her I felt a few branches were still too close to the power lines, she agreed and had the crew come back the very next day and cut them back. Our giant mesquite in the front yard was getting overrun by mistletoe - we tried going the DIY route but my father-in-law almost fell off an extension ladder. We reached out on a Saturday about clearing the remaining mistletoe at the very top of the tree and they said they'd be able to take care of it in the next week. I pulled into the driveway on Monday evening to find our front yard had a complete facelift - not only did they remove the remaining mistletoe, but they balanced the rest of the tree and cleaned up my bad cuts. Thanks to Quality Tree Services for helping me prepare my old house to sell (trimming palm trees) and also my new house when my saguaro decided to take a nose dive into the sidewalk. Being in a new neighborhood and having an HOA - QTS came out while I was at work to first give me a quote and then to remove the saguaro. It was such a tremendous help to not have to take off work!! I have had this company service my trees for the past four years--there are many large and very old mesquites, one has required cabling. Juan and Carlos are very skilled at their work and I feel confident that they will do what is best for the trees. Also, they bring a chipper and do a great job of cleaning up and hauling away the cuttings. Their work is not cheap but they know what they are doing. I've used them twice. Both times, the results were excellent. They answer the phone, show up, do what they're supposed to, wear the proper safety equipment, clean up all debris, and work quickly. It's not the cheapest service in town but by far the best I've used. The tree-trimmers are artists, the way they can revive a tree and make it look good. Mary came out the day I called for an estimate. She was very knowledgable about trees and was able to explain what killed my large pine tree. I got the work started the next week. They removed the large dead pine tree and smaller dead pine as well as trimming several mesquite trees. The debris was chipped up and removed each day. We had a Palo Verde that was spread out and at risk for coming down in the monsoon. The QTS team did a superb job shaping the tree. It looks much better and is much safer. This company did an amazing job on my trees! I had purchased a new house with some trees that had been neglected and damaged due to some lightning. They cut down 4 trees that were hitting the power lines, trimmed one that had some serious damage and removed mistletoe out of the mesquite trees and all the dead branches. Mary came by our house several times to evaluate our 25 ft saguaro with eight arms that was attacked by bacterial rot and leaning precariously toward our garage. The crew, Juan and Carlos plus two others, was highly efficient and had our saguaro sliced up, removed, and the area cleaned in a few hours with no damage to our garage. Great service. It was amazing watching the employees take down our sweet acacia tree which was damaged in the storms a few weeks ago. This tree was quite tall and within a few feet of our electrical line. They did a great job cleaning up afterward.
