Meagan and Nancy were very fast and respectful of the items being collected/removed. My advice to anyone having to do the same thing, is do your best to gather or remove all of the items you/family want to keep so when OM come over to help it is easier to say, "donate, sell or throw away". Although I have never used a service like this before, they saved me alot of time and frustration. How do you put a price on time? The team (Steve and Kieran) arrived on time, were careful to keep our house clean, installed a beautiful closet in a couple of hours, and cleaned up afterwards (including vacuuming). They were pleasant, cordial and efficient. Our doberman was quite vocal with Steve but he took it in stride. Communication with the office manager was excellent. It is a closet we enjoy every day!! I got some good ideas from the gentleman who did our estimate, however the cost of the shelvings were above our budget. I ended up going with another company who just does flooring. I can tell this is a big company. I prefer working with smaller companies where I can meet the business owners myself. This way the service feels a little more personal. When I emailed the gentleman who did our estimate to let him know that I was going with a different company, I never got a reply which I found a little unprofessional. Made it obvious that they could care less. Well, guess I won't be recommending this company to friends and family. Not only were they horribly expensive, but they took absolutely forever to get me a quote (who has time to sit there for 2+ through their presentation of how they're the best?!). They are proud to admit they're the most expensive, and then they move onto the used car salesman tactics of 'let me ask my manager' and 'if we go any lower than that we'll be taking money out of our employees pockets' and 'if you order today we'll give you 30% off!' typical pressure tactics. I said thank you and asked them to leave. That's when I found Econize! They were extremely respectful of my time, and showed me a 3D mock up of my closets within minutes. They offered an extremely reasonable price (less than half of what closet America quoted for 1 closet). Once I hired them for the work, they showed up perfectly on time, exactly on the day we agreed on, and their workers were very respectful and left my house clean. The work is gorgeous and exactly what i had envisioned! I will absolutely be recommending them to everyone I know and using them in the future!
