Nobody would sell us parts (due to not being a licensed hvac contractor). We went everywhere in the southern Utah area and were about to go to Vegas when we were referred to Artic Air (being the only Lennox authorized dealer in the area). When our house was new, the system installed was inadequate and we had hot and cold spots. We replaced our old with a larger capacity unit and many know, who have three system houses it can be quite expensive. Our new system has wade our entire house more comfortable and we actually spend less on cooling and heating. Today I called on a simple problem, we discussed it, and I had spare parts he left me with from the old unit he replaced and gave me. I like the idea that I can trust a contractor, and find simple solutions to simple problems. I don't suggest anyone mess with a AC condenser, but I am half crazy enough to try.
