I gave them a call Saturday night and he said he'd have someone out at 8am Sunday morning. The truck showed up on time with two workers. One of them gave his condolences since he had heard my brother-in-law had suddenly passed away 2 months ago. He took a look at my water heater, said they could still use some of the old metal lines and straps, saved me money. Installation was fast and they left the garage cleaner than when they arrived. Forty-five minutes later I had hot water again. They wrote the date of the installation on the heater which was a nice touch. They made everything quick and painless.

The fact we were on the schedule, which they confirmed every time we called, and we didn't hear from their technician is very disappointing. Having to wait an additional 2 hours behind what was promised is not okay. It would have been okay if the technician had called us to let us know he would be late.
