I had requested her nails be trimmed to the shortest nail she had so that they would all be the same length and they complied. After the service my Mom was not happy with the length but they understood when I explained that she would be okay and that it was necessary. Our massages were in the same room which was expected and necessary as I was concerned my Mom would be scared. She was fine and we enjoyed a very thorough massage. I felt very relaxed. Mom and I even had a laugh over how our hair must look after the scalp portion of the massage. We will be back if they will have us.
