He explained and described to me the services they do. I was impressed by his friendly and professional approach. They opened up about two weeks ago and already, they've got regular customers, the masseuse was telling me. Not hard to believe, as I met some of their clients while waiting for my appointment and within two weeks they've returned for another appointment. The massage studio itself is not very big, but it does fine by me. The small massage rooms are partitioned by a small wall and they've got curtains to provide privacy. I felt very comfortable there and the masseuse was very nice and professional. Chanel was the name of one of the masseuse there and I'd highly recommend her if anyone stops by here. They also practice Traditional Chinese Acupuncture, Reflexology and Cupping. Going by their name Queensland Massage and Fitness Therapies, you would think they would know what they are doing, I read their website content and they note that their therapists are all highly experienced and certified in the field of massage therapy, what we experienced... My partner said even I give her better massages and I dont even have a degree or certification in massage therapy I don't even know how to massage. The massage went for less than 1 hour, the massage therapist that was massaging me only massaged my right leg and my back (I doubt this is considered a full body massage when only 1 leg and your back gets massaged (unless you only have 1 leg and no arms then fair enough), what about my other leg and my arms?) My partner said her arms did not get massaged and was only rubbing his hands all over her legs and back without any pressure and seemed like he enjoyed touching her. Severely disappointed! I paid almost $50 for 2 - 1 hour FULL BODY massages and what we got was not what I paid for! Absolute waste of money even asian massage places in shopping centres are better than this place and I'm sure none of their massage therapists are even qualified or certified.

The beauticians don't use that fake light voice to talk to you, they are people! Tick tick tick. I had a facial there and an eyebrow wax another visit, and both times they have accomodated me without an appointment. Plus! The lotions and serums they use are all scientifically developed by a chinese guy in the US. They are designed to contain less crap and more real stuff (in laymen terms). They also have pretty good pricing on the lotions, you'll get a strong UV30 sunscreen for $30, for the potency it is, you don't need much and it lasts a longer time. Yelp! what a deal! Anyway, girls are pretty, guys go there too, they do make up and pierce ears and cosmetic tattooing to boot. I highly recommend trying this place out. Well worth it.

I have never really believed in acupuncture, but my visits to Ondol have changed all that. My first point of contact was the receptionist, Helen, who was incredibly lovely when I queried if it was alright to bring a mobile 9 month-old to the sessions. Without hesitation she said, 'bring her in, we all LOVE babies'. When I arrived for my first appointment, Helen was not there, but two of the principal practitioners both took my daughter and looked after her, while I had my acupuncture session. When I said to them after the session, 'I hope she did not stop you from doing your work', they responded with big smiles and said 'it's all part of the service'. My daughter and I have always felt so incredibly welcome there. The atmosphere is one of family and one of everyone banding together, using their collective knowledge to assist you in getting better. Following each fertility treatment I felt incredibly relaxed. It was as if I had just had the most wonderful massage. After weekly fertility treatments including acupuncture, Chinese herbs and moxibustion, for just over three months, I fell pregnant. During my fertility treatment on one occasion I arrived and had crippling back pain. Two of the practitioners worked on me at the same time and I walked out 80% better than when I had crawled in. I was so surprised as physiotherapy had had little effect. After another visit where I had shooting pain through my leg and neck when accelerating the car or turning my head, I walked out able to both accelerate the car and turn my head with full mobility. The range of ailments that acupuncture can assist with is amazing and even a couple of well-placed needles resulted in me breathing freely during a persistent cold. I am absolutely converted and am so fortunate to have found such a wonderful practitioner in Dr Hae-Uk and her staff and colleagues. I would recommend this clinic to everyone.

This is exactly what happened this weekend and I have no regrets. For $25 I happily settled on a 20min neck and shoulder massage. It isn't a day spa so don't expect a lot of frills and the staff are still friendly (or so I found). I was led to the massage table and lay down before a few cloths were placed over me. There's no oils (unless you've selected that option) or unrobing so it's a quick starting point. My masseuse started working on the knots in my shoulder and all my tension started melting. It wasn't long before I was a relaxed heap on the massage table. She was very understanding and responsive when I mentioned the pressure on my neck at one point was too hard. Yes, you are in a shopping centre and there is the sounds of people passing by. To be honest, though, it all kind of blurs into white noise and with a little focus it's not a detractor from the massage. 24 hours on and my neck and shoulders feel looser than they have in a long time, and at $25 a pop it's something I can easily consider on a weekly basis! They don't currently have private health rebates on the spot but we were told that they will in a month or so.

This is really a no-frills service. If you're doing a foot massage, the masseuse wipes off the massage cream with kitchen paper towels. The water used for soaking feet is plain, no herbs or scent added. The cream used is also no frills. No fancy towels or beds. Their beds are solid wood laid with checked sheets. BUT, having said all that, the techniques are top-notch. I've been to other massage places within the mall where I have to remember the name of a good masseuse if I come across because I get different results each time with different people.However at Happy Foot, no matter who I get, I'm guaranteed of absolute relaxation and relieved knots. The staff seem very diligent everytime I visit - they don't stare out and watch the shoppers pass by when massaging their clients, as other massage shops do. They focus on getting the right pressure and results. They may glance out now and then, but that's perfectly fine - don't we all get distracted at work? What I REALLY like is their face piece. As someone with a small head, I either get the oval impressions on my forehead with regular facepieces or just feel very very uncomfortable when the edges of the facepiece presses against different parts of my face. At Happy Foot, they use a spongy, faux leather bound face piece support so that your face doesn't just hang down against the face piece. Besides supporting my face, it also has a 'cheek piece' so that the weight of my face is evenly distributed. Love it! I've gone there a few times now and have enjoyed every session.

My masseuse didn't speak much but that's okay. I don't like much chatter while getting a massage. There were however other people on tables next to me(behind a curtain of course) and they were chatting which was good, as it was funny hearing some of the men wince in pain. Would recommend to a friend.
