The microdermabrasion service was very professional and relaxing. The specialist talked me through the whole process and educated me about skin care and different vitamins and minerals that can help improve results of this service. As far as the service provided I would rate this spa well. But...I had a 9am appointment and I sat in the lounge for 35 minutes until it saw anyone and my treatment did not start until 9:50 because the specialist who I was scheduled to see didn't show up to work on time. This is the most unprofessional clinic I have ever been too. Unfortunately, I had purchased a voucher. When I turned up for my appointment I was told I was an hour and ten minutes early. Basically they had the time wrong. I made another appointment. Instead of an hour long massage, I was given about ten minutes, and the deluxe 45 minute facial lasted 20 minutes as I was told I was having an LED light treatment which was intolerable. I asked for it to be ceased as I would get a migraine. I was told my treatment was over. $59 is quite a lot for half an hour of treatment! They said afterwards that they had mixed up the vouchers. Oh, and the manager contacted me and had a go at me because I complained to the voucher company. read more

I regretfully have to say this is absolutely the most unprofessional business that is running in Brisbane. I cannot even bring myself to give them one star, however I was not able to submit my post without clicking on one. The service is appalling and the fact that they continually double and triple book appointments is ridiculous. I bought a voucher through Scoopon for 8 appointments which has turned out to be a nightmare due to being told my session has been cancelled at the last minute or basically just not being able to book in with them in general as they never have any availability. What is worse is that their is never an apology made. I don't know how this business is still up and running. This salon is the worst!! They had a deal on scoopon offering six treatments of IPL for $99 and at the time it said you could purchase two. I book in with their salon, and at the time I told them I had to vouchers and asked if they could perform it on light hairs. I was told two vouchers was fine and no they couldn't do it on light hairs. Showed up to the clinic today for them to tell me that scoopon had a typo fault and that they would only honour one voucher, and to contact scoopon to get my money back. Then the lady tells me that they can perform it on light hairs, then the medical form says they can't perform it on light hairs. I ask to do it on my top half of my leg, as the voucher only said half a leg, not describing which half. But the lady tells me no it's only bottom half, as it would be wasting there machine doing a bigger area. She is so lucky she cashed in that voucher quickly because I was so close to walking out! I will never return to this salon after my voucher is used up and I advise others not to! Very unprofessional! And I just discovered the soothing gel I had to buy for home care had already been opened, as if someone had used some or tested it. So unhappy. They started calling me, 6pm at night!!!! I bought a voucher for cosmetic tattooing, it took quite a few phone calls to get an appointment, they don't answer the phone. I finally had the appointment, as expected it was quite uncomfortable to be done, there was again the expected redness and swelling afterward but after the swelling went down, there was no visible tattoo!! How is this even possible? I contacted the salon, they asked for a photo (so they definitely received the complaint) I sent the photo and never heard back from them again. No apology, no rebooking, no refund - steer clear of this place. read more

Like many other people reviewing I bought a 5 pack of microdermabrasion treatments. I managed to make all of my appointments for a month spaced from each other. However after 8 weeks I have only managed to have one done as every time without fail I get a text asking to reschedule my appointment for a variety of reasons. I even got a text message from the consultant last night at 9pm asking to move my appointment from 9:30 to 11:30 the following day due her to having to attend a funeral. I moved 2 other appointments around to accommodate this, to show up and be told I don't have an appointment. The poor girl at the desk is working by herself and managed to slot me in, just. The service when I am there is great, it's the lack of consistency that is frustrating. I work in the customer service industry and it miffs me knowing businesses can run like this and stay open. I'll make sure next time just to pay full price and go elsewhere. read more

This is the worst run business I have ever come across! They never answer their phones and never reply to messages that I leave. I have a Scoupon voucher to use here that includes 5 sessions. I have used one and would like to book the next but can't get through to them. Looks like I have done my money!! Unprofessional and unhygienic. No gloves for teeth whitening, dirty-looking stained towels (I don't think they are replaced in between clients), overflowing bins, minimal product use during facial. I won't be going back. They rarely answer their phone either and sometimes take days to get back to you if you leave a message. read more

I don't usually write reviews but I have to agree with the comments below. The salon is ok but cleanliness needs improving. The most frustrating thing is that NO ONE answers the phone or returns your messgaes. It's SO FRUSTRATING. It's not worth taking up a coupon offer here. It just doesn't work until they staff the salon better. When I finally spoke to someone and complained she said the boss won't put more staff on to answer the phone or reply to messages. My appointment was delayed too, then I was rushed through. It's not a nice experience going to this salon. read more

I bought a laser lipo scoopon which I thought was a deal too good to be true. After my first appointment I realised this was the case. I tried for 2 days to contact the business only to give up and try and book online. 24hrs later they called me back to arrange a time. The room in which I received my treatment was dirty with blue tac all over the walls, had a very dusty filing cabinet in the corner (when I bumped it by accident dust fell into my face) and the bed sheet had hair from a previous customer. I had quiet a few treatments and they really didn't get better after this. The service was not great and the lady treating me complained about everything including clients. The treatment itself was uncomfortable as they didn't have the correct size straps for me. They were either way to tight or ridiculously big. And the chords of the machine were always way too tangled so I had to lay down very awkwardly trying not to move. The lights where not dimmed at all and left on with the power of 1000 suns right in my face. I gave up and lost the rest of my treatments. I wouldn't recommend. read more
