Luckily we had a tape dispenser in our car which we did put the labels on. Her whole demeanor and tone was very nerve-wracking and upsetting. We were going to eat in town but after this horrible experience I really don't even feel like going back. I pray that she can get rid of the Stony heart. They then spent two days damaging stuff, harrassing me and my family, and saying bad things about us to the people that moved into our house. They also talked about us in the letter, detailing everything about our personal lives, embellishing where they thought it necessary, blatently lying in other places. It is right here in their response. They are blaming us for the problem, lying about moving in 3.5 hours instead of 2 days, and they left whatever they decided on leaving to be thrown away.
