It is Sept 15th and STILL WAITING for 3 defective windows, missing screen and incorrect size shelf in garden window to be replaced. Call and call and call and the local office in Johnson City has no answer. They claim they cannot call the factory and ask for a status. The 800 number is a minimum wage telamarker. They have no answers and will not provide a phone number to any supervisor or manager. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE PLANET. The only good comment I can provide is the installer did a good job.

Weeks went by and I called only to be told that the ticket was not placed until 05/28/22 and it would be 4 to 6 weeks from that date. Well here it is 08/17/22 and still no windows. Claim they are on back order. Do not buy from them if you expect any type of timely service.

Instead he complained that his one employee Chadd wasn't working with him and that he is having to do the work alone. The first day he arrived he was here for 3 hours, the second day he was here for about 3 hours. At first I felt sorry but then when he decided to have a 3 day weekend not coming on a Friday saying the forecast was rain I had a change in mind. When he showed up the following Monday again he was still working alone and complaining. The deck turned out well, unfortunately the hand rail for the steps was not sanded as I have gotten some splinters in my fingers. There are a few rough spots that should have been sanded. He showed no regards for my home as he left open bags of concrete on my asphalt driveway which I later had to pick up and place in a trash bag since he didn't do it after my asking him to. I found a rotted support post in the pile of new lumber that I think if I hadn't shown this to him he would have used. I paid him everytime he required payment. Over a month ago I met with him on a small project which was to enclose under the steps of the deck and hang a screen door. He didn't take any measurements that day. He did not have the decency to tell me he wasn't interested or he was too busy. He just did not bother to send a quote. I do NOT recommend him.
