They should be ashamed of themselves for teaching their younger family members how to rip people off. The place we rented in Loveland was really run down and dirty. We spent 2 weeks cleaning it before we could move it. We latterly gave them over a hundred pictures proving how bad it was. They promised they would repair the deck as it was dangerously falling apart. Of course they never did. We had to move because the Owners wanted to sell. We took very good care of the place. When we moved out it was really clean. We hired a cleaning company to come in and go over it again just to be sure. We also hired a carpet cleaning company and a landscape company to come mow. They cut a tree down right before we moved out leaving wood all over the yard. They took $700 of our deposit for a huge dumpster. I went by after we moved out and they have a very nice deck out back. When we moved out they would not come meet with us to do an inspection. They said the Owners would do the inspection. Our deposit was $1,800. They gave us back $600. Of course they took so long to send our deposit back that we needed the money so we didn't go to court. They give no notice when a bill is due, but happily charge a late fee if it's late. That's understandable, except--we set up AutoPay. The entire point of AutoPay is that the biller will charge a card at the appropriate time when a bill is due. ALL Property is charging our card *after* the bill is due--so that they can then charge us a late fee.
