They still had not even started to generate a quote but did call me back next day with an outrageous $11,000 ductwork only verbal quote. I asked them to put the whole quote together, including the ductwork, outside AC unit and air handler and send to me via email that they had on record. Maybe there was good pricing on the outside AC unit and air handler for an all around good total quote. Haven't heard a word now 3 weeks later. Spent $98 for nothing with this company.

Unfortunately we are very disappointed with the service. The first impression was good because Victor came to do the quote as soon we requested even being late at night. However, our experience after that was terrible. Victor didn't come on the day he scheduled to do the work. We had to message to remind him. He came on the next day. He also added a spot light in the room. The new circuit breaker tripped on the 1st test, but worked on the 2nd one. As soon Victor and his colleague left the house we noticed the ceiling drywall piece that was cut for the light spot was thrown in the middle of the plants in our front yard. On the next day when we tried to use the new outlet, it was not working, we checked the circuit breaker and it was off. We turned it on and it was tripping instantly. We message Victor and he guaranteed the work done has warranty and it would be fixed. However, he said he would come multiple days but he has never appeared. When we finally scheduled a day, very late like 9:30pm/10pm, at the time he was supposed to be in the house he sent a message saying he noticed his stock of circuit breakers was gone. He would need to buy more. He discovered that only on the time he was supposed to be in the house. When we asked for a day to come, he said he could not schedule a day or a time (what?!) to so the work, but it would be a day this week. He never messaged us interested in complete the work. We messaged him this week again, he said he would check if the circuit breaker was delivered or not. We messaged next day again asking if he would come and he didn't answer back. The work was not completed, we really had a hard time to schedule appointments and this company has no commitment with the client. We ended up asking another professional to complete Victor's work. And yes, the circuit breaker Victor put was really defective.

Absolutely Do Not Recommend Affordapro Air…read more If I could give zero stars, I would. Affordapro Air's botched AC installation caused major water damage and mold in my home. But what's even more infuriating than the mistake itself was their complete refusal to take accountability--even after we provided proof from three independent, licensed professionals: A licensed mold hygienist, A leak detection specialist, And a third-party AC company we had to pay out of pocket to properly reinstall the zone board they had incorrectly installed. All three confirmed the damage was caused by Affordapro Air's negligence. Despite this, the company refused to correct the issue or make it right in any way. I had no choice but to report them to the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR)--and they are now under investigation. I've also filed a complaint with the Florida Department of Financial Services (DFS) due to the involvement of the home warranty company. Bottom line: this company is careless, unaccountable, and potentially dangerous to your home and health. Proceed at your own risk.
