Decent car wash location. Not much to note. $15 for a medium-level wash... kind of crazy. Back in the day it used to be like $8. The dryers were kind of weak and my car was still quite wet but it looks very clean, so I'll give them that. There's about 20 free vacuums you can use after your wash, which is nice. Great car wash . New location I'm trying and it did not disappoint. Opening to get in was pretty tricky. Small turn space and drive slow so you don't get back ended (fyi) there are different plans for a membership and single pricing available on website to fit your budget! Once staff directed me in the open wash I noticed the water pressure was strong and soap dispensing is plentiful. Dryer was fast throughout. vacuuming area was clean and plentiful as well. This car wash scratched my paint so badly! I now have circular scratch marks all over the hood as well as down the sides and back . On the sides there are also random lateral deeper scratches. Ugh my car looks permanently worse! Even if the car wash doesn't scratch your paint, the speckles of soap residue all over leaves your car looking unclean. I do not recommend this place. The Watson Road location in Crestwood is the one I visit most. This is a very good place to go IF.... 1. You like to detail your car yourself 2. You're not going to loose your mind if occasionally the vacuum isn't as powerful as it should be. Move over a couple spots and you should find one working properly 3. You think a car wash should have enough power in the dryers to leave not one drop of moisture on your auto. 4. You think for the small price you've paid for one time wash or membership they should supply you with towels and other cleaning supplies. (Nobody is St. Louis does this.) The car wash is good, not great, but I love working on my car inside and out, so it works for me. For the price and flexibility (as many times a day as I want) this is one of the better buys around. I've read the other reviews and just wonder where else they are going in StL that does a better job. Certainly not Waterway and most gas station's vacuums are a joke. read more

This location should close down. The wash breaks down often and there's always an issue with the vacuums. Other locations are far superior.

My rear window windshield wiper has been torn off twice at this car wash location during the washing process.

Good service (although confusing signage about where you can use ApplePay) but crummy car wash. My car was still dirty after it got out and soap was still on the car. read more

car gets clean but they push you thru so fast that it is not dry when done. you have to go back and dry to avoid water spots all over car!

Pulled my vehicle through this wash. Very interesting conveyer system and the vehicle came out exceptionally clean. Considering the salty roads, I was shocked at how clean the car was. I will definitely be using this location more often. Very nice! read more

Be weary of this location! I received an estimate from a well-respected body shop, who said they have seen multiple vehicles with damage from this car wash location. My car received $1100 + damage in paint damage with huge areas of scratches across my hood , including visible swirl marks. Not to mention the scratches around the entire perimeter of my car. After going to the location for pictures, the management put me off, gave me the run around & claimed it couldn't be from their equipment. On another scheduled appointment to attempt to view the cameras at the entrance and exit of their facility , the manager "forgot" and wasn't there. This is bad business! As a former small business owner, I this is unacceptable and they will continue to get away with this . read more

I typically visit a different Brite WorX Car Washery but this was my first time at the Rock Hill Location. I have to say everything was not satisfactory. The wash, instead of drying, whipped the water all over the car in windows in a random spotted pattern. I could use another wash to get rid of the spots. The spot I pulled into had broken vacuums. Probably would not return. read more

I'm only giving two stars because after the wash is done and you pull into the vacuum area, they don't offer any towels or cleaning solutions to help you manually clean the things the wash missed. All automated washes miss things, it just sucks that this wash doesn't give you the opportunity to clean what's missed. read more

Pros: free vacuums Cons: I bought the works in the cashier line. A car in the membership lane (behind me) bought a basic wash. How do I know? That car skipped in front of me and the sign flashed "the works" before they drove in. My car? Oh it lit up "basic" ... I told the teenager working and he flagged me through. Hope that car enjoyed my more expensive wash I paid for. My tip is to only buy the cheapest here to avoid this issue! read more

The employees are the only reason this is not 1 star. This review has to do with the bait and switch that so many of these companies pull. Somehow they get you to sign up for a membership. In our case, my husband must have gotten a car wash from them. Somehow we ended up with a membership, unbeknownst to him, where we were charged $19.99 per month. Because life is a little bit busy and we don't look at our bank statement every month, this turned into one year of $20 a month charged to our bank account - for nothing in return. When he spoke with the manager to try to get reimbursed (one of the employees had told my husband that it was obvious we did not use any of the car washes over that one year), the manager refunded him for .... 2 months of charges. TWO WHOLE MONTHS only. As a sidenote, this car wash is directly across the street from our house. The lovely, bright blue lights illuminate our home starting at 6:00 AM every day, and the lovely sound of high-pitched machinery washing cars makes this business quite a noise pollution also. That being said, the convenience of the location for us does not matter, as they have completely lost our business, and hopefully more of you will consider heavily before being tricked out of $20 a month, even when you don't select this option. read more
