Maybe a bit worse than Brite WorX... but the worst part was the cloying employee begging me to get a membership. I told him I don't really wash my car much because I have a busy schedule and he wouldn't let me purchase one without agreeing to a membership. The basic wash is $10 and their best $25. They do not offer vacuums, or even ability to get out of your car. You will exit directly onto the road. Next When entering the washing portal an odd thing happened. Two of the track rollers jammed behind my front tires causing no damage other than having to backup over both rollers that were on top of each other. This was very odd I think the attendant was surprised too. After a reset I was able to get my car's clean. I did the whole thing a little pricey but it is suppose to rain in a few days and I get the rain Guarantee for 5 days. After they finished with cleaning inside and out I checked the car over the drier cleaner employee noticed me looking at the hood and commented that the lint from the towel would blow away in the wind when I drove away. It was not much but maybe they need to replace the towels more frequently. This has to be the most messed up visit at the Shrewsbury Waterway ever. The drier,cleaner guy did offer to send it through again but I did not want to have a repeat of what I just went through. I cannot recommend this carwash please just be aware of things that can happen.
