Even after unsubscribing from their correspondence they continue to email me constantly (which is illegal), begging me to buy their ties and asking why I don't respond to their emails. They send me cards and letters to my home address asking why I don't pick up the phone. But blocking their numbers has not worked as they try different numbers to keep hounding me. Their products are not very good, but it's their customer service which is appalling. I have never encountered a company with such shockingly bad customer service. BEWARE!
