The front office staff at STB&J were unhelpful and made it unnecessarily difficult to secure timely follow-up care. For a situation involving a hand injury that had already required ER attention, that lack of responsiveness is unacceptable. Because of this, my overall rating for the practice drops to two stars. Strong physicians are only part of the equation--access to care when it matters is just as critical, and in this case, the practice fell short.

I completed my initial diagnosis with Dr. Del Gallo and first PT appt; so far, so good. Dr. Manjarris is a really nice guy that seems to know his stuff. He took the time to answer my questions and really explain things. My PTist knows her stuff too. She has fibromayalgia and really uses her empathy when caring for her patients.
