The plant was delivered at the agreed upon time/date, but was not in good shape. UPDATE: KD Floral immediately responded to an email that I sent them relating my unhappy experience. They said their specialty is in floral arrangements, and they offered to send a replacement arrangement, which I agreed to. The arrangement was in beautiful fall colors, nicely done, and was promptly delivered. I am happy that this business wanted to correct their mistake and make amends.

There are dirty bird cages all around the store! They have parakeets and parrots in their cages here and there. They look disgusting and nothing but bird droppings all over in the cages. Not to mention some of the birds are actually allowed out of their cages - free. We saw chipmunks running around all over the disgusting carpet in the store. Plus, the store is so over-packed with plants/flowers that you can hardly get to anything anyway. There are just literally narrow trails to walk around. We cannot believe the city allows this business to be run like this. Chipmunks are rodents and the dirty bird cages are a major health hazard. It looks like a hoarder runs the place. YUCK! Never stepping foot in there again. So gross!

Now we're cold and drenched due to an April cold front storm and finally asks what we were doing. They took us into a sort rickety greenhouse and her phone went off. We again had us waiting for at least another 10-15 minutes still wet and cold. At that point we got in the car and left with no sight of anyone to take care of us. We thought the whole experience was very rude. A) They should asked if we could use help or acknowledged that we were there. B) They should have let the phone ring or tel whoever it was they will get a return call. B)
