Of course our call was in the height of their busiest season and month, that being June, so it was difficult to connect given our varying schedules. Joe had one of his staff, Paul, reach out to make arrangements so we could get an estimate. To our surprise we had the pleasure of first meeting Paul at All Phase Paving on July 4th(!). We were astonished that they would be available on a Holiday and offered them another choice day in their schedule to meet up. Paul insisted it was OK, so we obtained our quote that day. We gave them a $200 deposit to get us in the cycle. We figured it would be 6 to 8 weeks, but then a homeowner project that we had was being delayed due to lack of supplies and we asked All Phase Paving to please put us off until September. They willingly accommodated us. All Phase Paving had some time in their schedule on one afternoon so we agreed to have them come out and take up the existing driveway, reshape a new one around our specs, and perform whatever site work they needed to do. They came back the next day at 7:30am sharp and laid a freshly paved driveway. The owner, Joe, was very accommodating with some of our additional requests. Joe's staff were all very considerate, patient, professional, and to this homeowner appeared very knowledgeable about their profession. We are VERY pleased with the outcome.
