We had several other contractors who told us wehad to replace the entire side of the house, even though it appeared the damagewas in one specific area. Rorrie said they could fix it without having to rip everythingout. We had a few calls before the work was done where he explained everything in greatdetail (and with great patience). The work itself is complete, and the siding looks great. Theypulled back the areas that needed work, replaced the plywood that was rotted,and even helped buttress some of the framing. They then covered everything backup and repainted. Our roof leaks in multiple places, we assume it's old and needs replacement so we call Joe and he comes to take a look. Turns out the roof is not old, Joe tells us it's probably less than 8 years but it was completed so poorly that we have to replace entire sections and, in fact, we will end up replacing the entire roof by the time that we are done. Given that we had not budgeted for a new roof I was freaking out a little bit. But Joe was honest about what we need to fix now and what we could hold off on until we had the money to complete the job. He was honest, prompt, and came back to complete the job on a Saturday.
