I went in with hair midway down my back and asked for it to be cut shoulder length, she confirmed the length and began cutting. Except it's significantly shorter than we had agreed on (it doesn't even touch my shoulders!) and she gave me bangs without discussing it with me first (!!!!). Who does that? Now this might not be as much of an issue, except I've spent the last three years growing my bangs to the same length as the rest of my hair because it's curly and they flip in all sorts of directions. This is absolutely unacceptable and will not be going back.

The woman on the phone was professional, quickly had me scheduled for a haircut, and was very pleasant. I could basically see the smile in her voice. The physical space itself is clean and with funky/cool layout. During my very brief wait, I was offered a choice of beverage while I waited. My barber was a good balance of leading a good conversation but without being too chatty. Added bonus, I really like my haircut!

I explained that I had a major event this weekend and I needed amazing hair cut with a sharp hairline. He explained that he had been cutting for over 20 years and once owned a barbershop so I figured I was in good hands! however he pushed my hairline back and inch in a half. My haircut is so bad, I think I'm forgo going to my event. I'm truly disappointed and will never patronized this establishment again. As a barber that has been cutting for over 20 years, I would think you would ask your client about their hairline if you had issues. He just completely butchered my hairline and tried to fade my hair to cover up his mistake. I was livid when I left the shop and chose not to make a scene in front of other customers. I would advise that you watch everyone cut before the hostess assigns you a barber. STAY AWAY FROM JAMES THE BARBER! Please let Karl or any other barber cut your hair. James needs to hang up his clippers.
