Ok! I'm a picky so and so with regards to who touches my hair, but desperate times, also known as covid, well beggars can't be choosers and the hair needed some love! A friend of mine has been telling me for months to try out this location, so I took a chance on it. It is tucked away in a strip mall in Crofton, very minimal decor, but sometimes you don't need all of the bells and whistles. What you do need are competent stylists, trust me you will find that for days here!! Breanna did an AMAZING job on my faux hawk and was personable throughout my visit. They also offer quite a few higher end brands of shampoos and styling products which was the icing on the cake! On a whim, I did a search for a new place to get a haircut and shave. I came across this gem of an establishment and received a haircut and shave from Jasmine Q. The interior was very nice and well maintained, chairs were comfortable, and overall everything was top notch. Jasmine was great and she certainly is a master of her craft. Most importantly they can cut a fade here and make sure it doesn't look like a high and tight or have a line in it. After I arrived my opinion of how they are to people changed. I don't know what it is with people that live here but they are so short and cross at times. When I called she said they couldn't get me in before 1630. This wasn't and issue. I took offense when I commented I'd mosey on over I got a sharp we won't see you before 1630. I was told after I got that because people apparently arrive early and expect to get cut before scheduled. That's new to me; I've never expected to be fit in early I was just in the area. So if you can get past the "how they come across on the phone" it's actually a worthwhile place. Like I typed here they can cut a fade correctly. Now it'll cost you 30 dollars but everything up here is expensive. read more

Malik did a nice job but did not listen to my instructions. I asked him to blend in half way up the side of my head, but instead he blended it near to the crown taking my blend line way higher than what I wanted and I really hate the way it looks. I recently moved to Maryland from Miami and tried six different barbers. All six couldn't come close to how I had my cut back home until I sat with Jasmine. I explained how the original barber would cut my hair while showing a previous picture and she NAILED IT!!! The establishment is well kept, extremely professional and the customer service was out of the park great! What's included with the price compared to what I was paying in miami is more than fair. When i went in there the environment was very friendly. The receptionist were so friendly and helped me get checked in since this was my first time. Warm smiles and they even offer beer and wine!! I went to Grace and she did a phenomenal job on my hair and you get a shampoo included with it. Was charged $40 plus a $10 tip for a beard trim and style. The stylist used trimmer. Over priced as at this price point scissors should be used for styling. Well lesson learnt. Hair will always grow back but will not be going in there anytime soon. Avoid if you want a good experience with a scissor cut. Stylist using trimmers is not worth more than $20 tops. read more

She is knowledgeable, has a bubbly personality, and you can tell she loves what she does.
