I took some time to look at the merchandise (rings, watches, necklaces, watches, charms, etc), which were very over priced. While looking, I held a conversation with the woman behind the counter about the sweltering heat outside. In the middle of our convo she begins to talk about her niece who dates a drug dealer that she personally hates. The stars given in my review derive from her next statement.... and I quote.... "my niece is white of course, and his old trifling drug selling butt is BLACK. I just don't understand why she loves him so." At this point I'm just looking at her because I'm confused about how this relates to air conditions and outdoor temperatures. Me being me (and being black), I asked, "so do you dislike him because he's blk or because he sales drugs?" She began to look embarrassed... I didn't bother waiting on her answer, I just nicely stated that drug dealers, assholes, and trifling ppl come in all colors, shapes, and sizes. I told her thank you and left.

I initiated contact the 3rd week in March and was informed it would be ready conveniently within a couple days; however when I arrived for pick up it was not. I then revisited the store two weeks later and was informed again it would be ready in a couple more days. At this point it had been 3 months with no explanation or concerns from the business regarding the delays in repair so I chose to take my bracelet and business elsewhere. I found it was quite strange that I was informed it would take a couple of days for repair, yet when the bracelet was returned to me it was in the exact same condition as it was when I dropped it off 3 months ago during a pandemic. I really don't understand intention behind Collier's lack luster service, but the intention of this review is to create an awareness for potential customers.
