I then revisited the store two weeks later and was informed again it would be ready in a couple more days. At this point it had been 3 months with no explanation or concerns from the business regarding the delays in repair so I chose to take my bracelet and business elsewhere. I found it was quite strange that I was informed it would take a couple of days for repair, yet when the bracelet was returned to me it was in the exact same condition as it was when I dropped it off 3 months ago during a pandemic. I really don't understand intention behind Collier's lack luster service, but the intention of this review is to create an awareness for potential customers.
