The biggest problem was that their website does not work and would not complete my order. When I thought my order did go through by email, I attempted several times to pay, but again their site does not complete the transaction. I have tried multiple attempts at ordering a cross stitch kit. First they said they didn't have it, but they did. They could not read the item number because I left a dash out of it. Ok...no problem. I contacted 123 Stitch multiple times by email. No one answered the phone when I called multiple times.. Maybe an answering service would help. I was especially disappointed with the run around since I really wanted the kit.

Our invitations turned out absolutely perfect and we could not be happier with them, visually.
