She didn't file our taxes until my husband threatened to get a lawyer then we hear from her saying she already filed them way back and she would send us confirmation. We also had to threaten to get law enforcement involved after she would send us our tax documents back that we sent to her. She's a liar, unreliable and honestly does shady business! Beware! He at least refunded our money, but we are still waiting for the IRS to return money that we already paid and should not have. They failed at every turn...
