When you get into the building there is a small area with no chairs that you would have to wait for her. She does come out occasionally, but when I went the person before me was over her time by 15 minutes or so and I started freaking out thinking that she thought I was a no show. The rooms are only semi-private; there is a divider between the rooms (not four walls) so you can hear some chatter. But since I was one of the only clients, it was rather a relaxing experience. The seating for a foot massage is in an open area with soft, plush leather seats that are so easy to sink into. Once seated, they'll wash your feet and then begin the massage.
