The entire team and staff were incredible to me during such a dark time. My family has had so much support during, and after the loss of someone so dear to us. In my opinion, If you are looking for a caring and gracious environment, skip this one. The nice lots are sold out and the owner is extremely unwilling to work with the customer. He's happy to sell you an inferior lot. The grounds are unkempt and full of old plastic flowers. read more

the people who work here are racist. we understand what we're supposed to do when it comes to a funeral, he pushed a couple of people and kept telling us to make room and clean up as if we aren't smart enough to clean up after ourselves. he insisted that the land was his, and maybe so but the people in the ground deserve some respect. the only reason he has this land is because we people who bury our loved ones provide him with the money to continue maintaining it. you could clearly tell that they were annoyed with the music they were playing in honor of our loved one. yes we had a lot of people showing their condolences and love for our family, but that doesn't mean he should be rude to us because he was annoyed. we don't know the name of the people there, but it was a bald guy with a long beard, they were drinking beer and smoking. in our opinion, it was rude of them. we don't recommend this place. read more

I have been working with Don and his son Paul since July 5th on a cremation bench in memory of my husband who passed away unexpectedly. My family and I walked the grounds the first time with Mr. Don so he could show us the various benches and the available lots. From day 1 he was very nice, caring and understanding. It was extremely important to my kids that their Dad's bench be put under a tree and in line-site of the Statue of Jesus located on the property. My family and I picked a spot but ended up going back to Broadlawn not twice, but THREE times, to change the location of the bench. Each time we were there either Don or Paul gladly walked the property to explain the options-never rushing us and always very caring and understanding. This is the first time I have used Broadlawn Memorial Gardens and I will never use anyone else for my burial needs. read more
