When we arrived, again we were treated very coldly. My fiancées mother asked again if everything was in the box that was given to us. Junior said it was. So imagine our shock when we got home to find we were not provided with the urn, but just the plastic box with our loved one's ashes!! I called and spoke with the administrative assistant and Junior and I was told "I was shocked to see you all come in to collect the remains of our loved one." I said you, (Junior) told us everything would be ready for pick up on Monday (the following week after the initial meeting). Also I was told that the urn we ordered should "be in any day."
