Katie (owner) has always had great massage therapist, and I have had massages over the years at several different offices but today Diana really gave me so much information about injuries that I had and the health that my body was in at this time which was good. I wish I could write you a review based on an actual massage, but I cannot get a hold of this spa for the life of me. I originally booked a session through ClassPass on 11/15 for a 60 minute massage on 11/17. All I received thereafter was an automated email and text saying the spa could not accommodate the time I booked, so they cancelled it, and ClassPass advised I reach out to them directly to schedule. Mind you, this spa has no language on their ClassPass profile that states you should call them first to schedule. So how would anyone know otherwise? Between then and today (about two weeks), I've called the spa upwards of 20 times and left multiple voicemails with my contact information, and I have yet to hear back from anyone. Their voicemail recording does state they're closed, but they are still offering massages and asks to leave a message... which I have been doing for weeks. I don't understand what the excuse could be for such a lack of communication. I'm giving up now. I advise you look elsewhere if you want to avoid this hassle. read more

This my first time ever trying Cryo and I cannot wait to go back!! This spa is amazing. Clean, beautiful, with outstanding staff and owners- all incredibly knowledgeable, super friendly and helpful. Thanks guys! I did both a cryo therapy session in the tank, and a cryo facial. Because of the nitrogen, the temp drops to over negative 200 degrees, BUT its not at all painful like someone would assume. Instead, really quite invigorating leaving you feeling refreshed as soon as you get out. (People with injuries and pain- this is for you!!!!). And the cryo facial- amazing! My husband and I went everyday for about 4-5mths until we moved out of state. Cryotherapy is a miracle worker for pain management and inflammation. The facials are also one of the best spa treatments I've ever done. What makes this place so amazing is the STAFF though! Every single employee is professional, knowledgeable and caring. Everyday I brought my two sons in (4yrs and 15mths) and they always had welcome arms. All the employees loved our children and they became like family to us. The professional staff, the atmosphere, the discounts and deals, location, everything is fabulous here. We feel very welcome and comfortable every time we go. I had considered this treatment therapy for awhile for myself and my husband. We both recently had major surgeries and I still have more to go. I decided to try this and I even talked my husband into trying it. I'm telling everyone I know just how fabulous this therapy is and what it has done for us. I have an terminal immune disorder which causes me a very painful day to day life with no end in sight. I have so much skin damage from tons of radiation and medications, long story over several years. MY POINT IS...... I have noticed after just a few full body treatments and facials, my skin looks and feels better than it has in at least 10 years, probably more. From the owner all the way down to the very newest member of the team, everyone is going on the same page as far as professionalism, client care, and overall kindness. The worst thing about this place is how the owner James claims on the phone when you call that the pricing they have is better than Groupon. Actually when I arrived the first time, I was told by Lana and Hannah that the saunas and facials were MORE than Groupon. The only reason I went to Groupon is due to the lack of transparency in this spas pricing. The cryospas in Denver and Castle Rock have complete transparency in their pricing on their websites.
