If I could give this 0 stars I would. Felt like I was at a time share presentation. After taking two days off from work to go for the initial consultation and second visit to go over the findings, I left in tears because I was turned away for treatment due to not committing to the aggresive, time consuming and costly treatment plan they laid out for me. I came to the office simply wanting to find a chiropractor closer by then the one I had seen which was 20 mins out of my way. I also wanted to take advantage of the benefit I had with my insurance for chiropractic Care but didn't have major pain or an acute injury when I went. I also did it because I am a mother of two small children that have had some health issues these past few years and wanted to do something for myself health wise for a change. I was not able to even use my benefit provided to me of 20 visits per year due to not committing to the year long plan. I left there feeling like I didn't "qualify" and most certainly felt I didn't matter to them. Please do yourself a favor and find another chiropractor. Don't waste your time like I did. Before coming to Broadway Chiropractic, I was somewhat of a chiropractic skeptic. However, I've been dealing with chronic issues with back pain since my early 20s and I had pretty much exhausted all my options, short of being on pain killers or muscle relaxants forever! Many of my friends had referred me to Broadway Chiropractic so I decided it was worth a shot. That was the best choice I've ever made! They've been able to help me address my back pain to the point where it rarely bothers me anymore! I have better mobility and flexibility as well! They provide excellent education which makes you feel more engaged in your own care and the doctors and staff are incredibly warm, welcoming and knowledgeable! They are hardcore sales people. At face value the doctors seem nice enough. However if you do not attend their classes the front staff gets rude and short with you. Excuse me I am a paying customer. If I don't want to attend some workshop on "toxins" then I am not going to. Furthermore, I am a believer in science and anything is toxic but it just depends on the dosage. Water can be toxic. Oxygen can be toxic. So don't let their sales pitch about toxins and "chemicals" scare you. The female doctor tried pushing the products she sells because they're "chemical free" LOL. Wow they must be full of nothing because everything is chemicals! I was so disgusted how my few appointments ended with such shame. I was made to feel bad because I wasn't attending their classes and workshops. When questioned they pushed harder and harder, would not back down. They are chiropractors and legally only licensed to adjust and treat you within the scope of chiropractic care. It's actually out of their scope to be giving nutritional advice and pushing products on customers. The final straw was when I requested my xrays from them be sent to my new, non-pushy chiro, and yet they refused. read more

I have used chiropractic care for the last 25 years and Broadway Chiropractic is by far the best practice I have had the pleasure of being associated with. The focus and passion on total healthy care and not crisis care makes all the difference. I came to them because of their experience working with kids. My son (11) has had great improvement in his mobility and the pain he was experiencing is gone. I was so impressed with my son's results, that I'm a patient too and I feel better than ever! Dr. Phil seemed nice enough and promised to help me with ongoing sciatic nerve problems related to a herniated disk. And, while I never did get any relief from my pain, my larger issue is with his practice's sales tactics and adherence to pseudoscience. After an initial consultation I was asked to book another visit (and another co-pay) for tests and X-rays before they'd agree to do any work. Then, in another follow up appointment I heard the results of the testing and was asked to pay up front for a long-term treatment schedule. This seemed odd to me, but I was desperate for help. I've never heard of being asked to pay months in advance for co-payments before any actual appointment takes place... and frankly I'm not sure this isn't a form of insurance fraud. I won't even get into his theory about subluxation and the complete lack of actual science to back up these claims. But I will say that his staff made exaggerated claims about the personal benefits they've seen from chiropractic as part of their sales tactic to convince me to buy in. After adhering to a three-day per week visit schedule for several months, spending hundreds out of pocket (and who knows how much he milked from insurance) I had seen no results and decided to stop. They still owe me money from prepaid co-payments for appointments I never scheduled or attended. read more
