That's because their expertise and large selection is what matters the most to me. We are new to DIY landscaping and good help and advice is priceless. Several YouTube channels warn against buying plants at HD or Lowes.... and despite their good return guarantees, I waste too much time looking for help and getting the advice I need, and it's a huge pain in the rear to have to dig-up dead plants and return them and then replant them.
