Awesome place to buy plants and ask questions. Plus it's a cool place for kids to visit too. I don't know if their prices are less than other places... and I don't care. That's because their expertise and large selection is what matters the most to me. We are new to DIY landscaping and good help and advice is priceless. Several YouTube channels warn against buying plants at HD or Lowes.... and despite their good return guarantees, I waste too much time looking for help and getting the advice I need, and it's a huge pain in the rear to have to dig-up dead plants and return them and then replant them. That's why we are so glad we found this place instead of the big box stores. read more

This firm was contracted with to deep edge, clean-up, and mulch all my flower beds during the early Spring 2023. His crew showed up when agreed to and worked all day. I was incapacitated at the time do to knee replacement surgery and reason why I couldn't do the work myself. At the end of the day the crew leader came to my door with an invoice for over $2000, which was the agreed to quoted price when Bob Mramor came to my house to scope out the work. I was unable to get outside to check on the work and just paid the invoice since the crew leader said they were done. Several weeks later I was able to get out on crutches and found that though the flower beds were all edged and cleaned, they were not deep edged. Further, only 2/3's of the flower beds had been mulched. I emailed Bob about the issue, then my wife went to his business. Since he was never available my wife spoke to his wife the first time, then one of his employee's the second time. Bob finally sent out his team leader to inspect his work and take pictures. I never heard back and the job was never finished. read more

Hired to clean up back yard and put black mulch around all the trees. Three trees did not get mulch. Bob won't return my husband's calls. The low rating is because he won't return the calls. The guys who came did work very hard and did a good job. I just wanted to know if we paid more, could we have the three trees do. Kelley's came again today and fixed everything; as well as doing some extra work I needed done. Everything is beautiful. The men who came did an excellent job. I am well-pleased! read more

Had them come to give me an estimate on trimming the hedges around the house. Their estimate was unreasonably high. Without approval, while we were at work, they trimmed the hedges considerably closer to the ground than we wanted. Then sent us a bill for the unreasonable amount. read more

Bob the owner was very friendly & helpful before they did my landscaping, but now he won't return my phone calls! I have called many times with 2 issues. When they did the job, they cut the wires to my landscaping lights. He said it would be easy to find where the cut was and he would fix it,but he never came. He said there was a 1 Year guarantee on all plants. When I told him 1 of the plants had died, he said yes, he knew which one it was because 3 other people had trouble with that same type of plant. They would be out to replace it when they were working in my town later that week. They never came. I am very unhappy with their work!!!! It looks terrible!! Never again!!! read more

we have been to kellys garden inn previous years and have a lot of money there. On Sunday we stopped in prepared to purchase our garden plants. I can not believe the disrespect we were shown. My husband asked an employee a question about fertilizing blueberry bushes which she needed to ask a coworker which is understandable. what she didn't realize was he followed her and over heard them laughing and making fun of him. he told her it was rude and we left. He is pretty sure we will not go back. customer service should be reviewed. I work with the public which comes in all sizes, shapes, and colors which should be treated equally. read more

There prices are very high: this must be how they pay for the bouncy house and petting zoo. Really? When some of their stuff was noted to be extremely subpar, I was not offered a discount and the plants can sit there and rot, because I will be getting better quality for less at Home Depot and Lowe's. To be fair, they have a much better variety of plants, average quality, compared to other places around, but you will pay for it. Usually when I drive by, their gates are closed, so they must not really want the business. If you wanted to plant bulbs, forget it. I think I will be going to Cleveland, there really isn't anything else around. Hence the prices. read more
