We stopped by an Open House and met the agent. She showed us the property and asked if we were in the market. At this meeting we were not sure. She followed up with us. Our circumstances changed and we decided we were ready to buy. Again, the agent followed up and provided us with pertinent information that helped us identify a neighborhood and find a home. She facilitated all portions of the transaction. We feel that she negotiated a great deal for us and made sure that the inspection, appraisal and repairs were completed satisfactorily. Lynn Brock was a great help to us when we purchased our house in the Sarasota-Bradenton area in 2012. We are not originally from the area, so Lynn helped us to schedule a week to visit. Before we arrived, she had communicated with us several times by email and knew what type of property we wanted. While in town, Lynn taught us a lot about the area and spent quality time with us.
