The cemetery recommended we pause till late July to lay to rest our Aunt since the town was quite active with folks from NYC and other parts of the country. We had slight difficulty at first finding the cemetery since it was tucked into a neighborhood. The cemetery is rather different than those found closer to crowded towns or Cities. The burial grounds are peaceful with many trees and shrubbery around many of the family plots. Cemeteries to me are a reminder that the life we live is very precious and that we all should live our lives to the fullest while treating all our neighbors and family with kindness & love.

Dr. Theresa came to our home and we spent our final moments with our precious Daisy. When finished, I told her that I was going to go somewhere for a cremation. She began to tell me about Bideawee and to call and speak with Jenn. So I did. Jenn answered the phone and was just so amazing. She is very kind and full of compassion. She explained their services and the cost, which was so amazing. I told Jenn I will be there shortly with our Daisy. I arrived at 2:05 and took care of arrangements for her cremation. ( they are so great with proving, believe me, I compared). I also decided on getting a paw print, which came in this amazing little display case that you can put a photo in. When I was finished, I asked Jenn when I could pick Daisy up. She said I can come get her in 2 hours. I could not believe it that it would be that quick. (Private cremation). I called and she was ready so I picked up Daisy's Ashe's at 4:30. Their packaging and presentation of our final gift was truly beautiful. I can not say enough how happy we are to have learned about Bideawee and to bring our Daisy there. They are truly wonderful and made us very happy. Do NOT hesitate to use their services for cremation or anything else. They have veterinarian office on site and an adoption center too.

It isn't always so easy to walk away from the body of the deceased one and the older man guarding the front door should have handled it better. Didn't really appreciate him getting slightly confrontational when he approached us at the end in a thoughtless, bully-like manner and expressed indignance because he heard from someone that "we didn't want to leave". Like he was gonna fight us or something. Totally not in tune with the atmosphere and the hurt individuals saying goodbye to their relative. Kind of like someone pissing on your birthday cake at the end. Oh well. Customer Service may be lacking here. Just "grab the $$$ and throw 'em out" type of mentality. At least that's how it made me feel. And it would have been nice if they remembered to stock up the bathroom with toilet paper before hosting a wake. So be careful doing business here, you don't want to end up with a sour memory of your last meeting with your loved one.

On the plus side, if you ever talk or meet them, they are nice, pleasant people. The quality is very disappointing and upsetting, and some of you may not care, but I do. In the end, when I contacted them to complain about the bad quality, no one replied. But I was not surprised! How do they stay in business anyway? That is a mystery.......
