We were surprised to see most of the appliances were in excellent condition and found the exact slide in range and counter depth LG Max zero clearance refrigerator. We have been searching sales for quite a while and ended up taking a chance on these appliances. We typically buy our appliances and add extended warranties. For the price, we decided it was worth the risk. We ended up getting exactly what we wanted. The refrigerator was literally brand new with only one minor cosmetic blemish. The stove was not as perfect but was a great deal. Andy was helpful and even assisted the delivery driver. I was surprised to see him on the delivery. The items were carefully packed and well worth the $50 in the delivery fee.

    Made an appointment online requesting the afternoon on a specific day. Received a call a couple…read moredays later saying that they would not be in our area on the requested day and that they had to reschedule. When I asked if they could let me know whether morning or afternoon was available on the other days they presented as options, they said that I would receive an email with a two hour window the day before. I said that I can't just sit around at home all day waiting so I need to know if it's at least morning or afternoon so I can plan accordingly.     The job was not completed as promised. The company charged me $600 for 2 men to come out and…read morereplace a WASHER DRAIN HOSE. Before the job was agreed to, I explained that the washer had been pulled out to fix a dryer vent issue and the company assured me that the team would be putting the machine back into the closet where it lives. They told me this was standard and not a problem - so I agreed to the price. (It's a big machine to move.) The job was completed in about 30 minutes. The 2 men were unable to return the unit to it's closet where it was supposed to live. (It was too heavy for them to do.) They left the unit IN THE HALLWAY and said I could followup with the company to correct the bill. I called multiple times to get the correction and they never returned a single call to me. Every time I called and got a hold of someone, I was told that "technicians" were disputing my claim? I SENT PHOTOS OF THE UNIT LEFT IN THE HALLWAY! And multiple times, I was told they disputed the claim. The job was not completed and I had to hire a new team rehouse the machine. WHO DOES THIS?? They promised the job to be completed and then when it wasn't, made no effort to recompense. $600 to replace a washer hose and leave it in the hallway. And then they take the word of their technicians over picture evidence. I'm sorry I chose them.

    BUYER/SHOPPER BEWARE!!!!!!…read more My opinion here shouldn't count. I say that because I ordered a range from here, and they placed the order. I'm used to someone placing my order with me on the phone, in person, or I do it myself online. I spoke to the sales manager Robert, and he took my info and said he'd call me back, and I didn't hear anything back. I received an invoice about 2.5 hours later showing the order was place, however, it did not include the warranty that we'd discuss on Saturday. Once I looked over the invoice, I tried to contact Robert, and there was no response. I left a message, including my name and number, and there's been no contact. I tried again on Monday later on and was again transferred again voicemail. I did not leave another message. I hung up, called back, and spoke to someone else. They added the warranty to my invoice. A few hours later, or perhaps the next day, I got an email advising me that the range is damaged and they are unable to get it. I asked if there was any possibility that they'd be able to get it in the future. I have not received a reply as of today 6/7/24. I also wanted to discuss my invoice, and was unable to reach the sales rep. I read that Plessers was family owned and they care about their customers. That is a lie. They care about their commission. I am a sales person, and my focus is ensuring that when I assist a member, I let them know that I am here should they have any questions. In my opinion, when you place an order for someone, be it a 150K or 3K, follow up with a phone call to go over the invoice prior to charging them, in the event they have questions, or might need to add or remove something from the order. Everyone deserves a chance to be heard, and everyone deserves a chance to change their mind. Not that I was planning to. I would not recommend. PS. I received an email (probably automatic) the email asked me to leave a review so that Roberts manager can see he's doing his job. Well, I hope his manager sees this. Because he failed on many levels.

    I purchased an AGA Elise Series range from Plessers approximately one year ago, a nearly $13,000…read moreappliance. It arrived defective straight out of the box: one of five burners did not function at all, and the oven preheats at a fraction of the expected rate. What followed was a year of frustration. Plessers initially dismissed my concerns and directed me to the manufacturer, Middleby. Middleby directed me back to Plessers. After considerable back-and-forth, Plessers arranged a repair visit, but the technician arrived without parts. Weeks later, a second visit. The burner still did not work. The repair technician himself advised me to request a full return and replacement, as the unit should never have shipped in this condition. Plessers refused. When I disputed the charge with my credit card company, Plessers contested it. After that, they stopped responding entirely to my letters and calls. It took months more before they arranged a third repair appointment, at which point the technician again arrived without the necessary parts. One full year later, I have a $13,000 range sitting in my kitchen with a non-functional burner. I have received no resolution, no accountability, and no meaningful customer service only rudeness and stonewalling at every turn. I would strongly urge anyone considering a major appliance purchase to look elsewhere. Plessers' conduct after the sale has been, at every stage, deeply disappointing. I would not wish this experience on anyone.
