I was introduced to an agent, Angie, and I happened to have an explanation of benefits from my job crunched in my pocket, so we talked about the life insurance portion. She explained it all to me, and even though my HR department did a great job of confusing us all, Angie made it all make sence. Since I was already there, I got a renters policy quote and an auto. Better coverage for the same price was a no brainer, but it was all about the service for me. Highly recommended.
