New location with the same quality and care that a tattoo artist should have. Being an African American it can be very risky to let just any tattoo artist tattoo your skin due to risk of keloid and skin scarring. Romeo has been the only artist to tattoo my skin because of his ability to apply the proper pressure needed to tattoo scar free tattoos every time! Shower first and arrive early! Romeo will handle the rest! read more

My wife got her half sleeve done here, and it's safe to say we will be getting all our future tattoos done here with Romeo. He is hands down the best artist we've ever had, extremely polite and professional at all times. We recommend him to anyone and everyone! read more

Needed to reschedule again. Owner accuses me of changing appointment time to cover their own mistake. Over all, poor experience. Shop will not take responsibility for their mistakes or bad tattoos. Owner isn't very friendly.

Romeo is truly the best tattoo artist I've ever met. I've had tattoos done in the past at other shops but after I went to Romeo for a cover up, I would never go anywhere else. I now live 4 hours away from Sumter and have gone back numerous times just to get tattoos from Romeo. I'll never go anywhere else--I don't trust anyone but him with my artwork!
