I came home took my sweater off and saw a large bleached stain. I called the salon and told them what has happened. I received a voicemail with a note from the manager (Jennifer) that they will not reimburse me anything. Their explanation was : Kat said you bleached your hair prior. Which is total non sense and a lie. I mentioned to Kat that I lightened my hair months ago on my own and she tried to make it sound like I did it before I came to see her?! Why did I have 3inch roots showing then? I am absolutely disappointed in them. I expected to get a call and maybe an apology, instead I was treated like I was a liar.

When I met Kat I felt immediately at ease . I could tell she was experienced and really took her time to listen and understand what I wanted . I was right to trust her. My color turned out perfect and I love the cut. I have to drive an hour and a half each way, and I can tell you that it's worth it. Thanks Kat ;) I'd give you a million stars if it were an option !

I received the worst haircut and I have been crying for days and hiding under baseball caps. I had to cancel my maternity photo shoot also.
