Great customer service, now I see why they have such great reviews here:). I was very disappointed in the way my case was handled with Winright. I contacted them initially on a Saturday via Yelp and followed up Monday. The friendly receptionist asked me to send in the paper work for the law team to review if they could help me. As time was of the essence, I quickly responded and sent in what they requested Monday. I followed up with an email Tuesday and when I did not hear back nearing the end of that day I phoned to enquire when I could set up an appointment. I was saddened to hear that the firm is too busy with other cases and they could not forsee a time when they could discuss my case with me. This exercise unfortunately cost me precious time in receiving an opinion on a time limited case. I am extremely disappointed they did not inform me from the beginning that they didn't have the time to meet with me (for 30 min!) to give an opinion. I wish I was posting another 5 star review after using their services, but my experience with them was anything but.

He actually called me to ask me what we talked about at our meeting IN HIS OFFICE !! Do not trust what he says. He said the retainer is only used if there is an agreement made. He didn't make an agreement with my creditors. I did. He kept that money, he wasn't even honest enough to say that he failed and returned the money to me. He just sent me a statement that said my account with him was at zero. This guy is a fraud. Be wary of his intentions.

He took the time to give me referrals , explaining to me what companies are legitimate and how to look out for scammers & time wasters. He was genuinely compassionate to my financial hardships. I was amazed at his kindness and generosity of his time all the while knowing I would not be hiring him, due to his licence only valid in BC. I spent a whole day on the phone doing "assessments " with scam Debt relief companies that I've heard advertised on local radio. If not for him taking the time to explain the loss to me I would have wasted thousands of dollars the following day. I highly recommend calling this gentleman ...I know he changed my cousin's life she is now a proud business owner with multiple employees thanks to him.
