Then I was asked to pay even more money to continue reviewing documents--even though I retained her on a flat-rate agreement. I feel I was misled and taken advantage of, and I am still waiting for my money to be returned. In meetings and interactions related to the case, she did not stand up to pressure from the AFC and opposing counsel and allowed herself to be pushed around rather than protecting her client's interests. What hurt most is that she later attempted to use the same intimidation and coercive tactics on me as the client. That was not only unprofessional--it was harmful. Please be cautious. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this attorney.

So I call the listed number and he answers, right of the bat I had the feeling that there was something off based on his language. I proceed to tell him what the problem is and the several issues. He cuts me off and then tells me not to waste his time. Wouldn't let me utter a word. Kept interrupting me after each word. A lawyer who doesn't let a potential client explain the issue and is condescending. Unacceptable. So no thank you, that is a pass on that for a lifetime, not if he were the last lawyer on earth.
