From the moment I went in and saw how bright and welcoming the place is and how friendly, clean and professional the attendants were, I knew I made a good decision. Thank you Carlos for assisting me in acquiring a monthly for such a good price not in one but two separate locations which work perfect for my everyday commute.

If trying to save a few dollars for fees, payment can be made by cash or check. I prefer to make a reservation since I am traveling a few hours out and can't guarantee if space will be available for me when I arrive since they're directly underneath the market and might have a larger client base than other garages. Accessing the garage is easy with ample instructions overhead on where to turn and where to stop for the attendant. Presenting the reservation information was quick and easy at drop off and pick-up was the same. Valet was awesome and I had no issues. I'd recommend this business anytime and I'd be happy to park here again.

When I arrived in the morning, I found it extremely odd that my truck was buried in the back. That's a bad sign, they normally would park me alongside the wall near the entrance of the garage. Long story short, they fully discharged my battery AGAIN bringing the number of times they have done this to me to 4 (and it was the exact same parking attendant there in the morning that I have had the past issue with, I had hoped that he had long been fired) NOTHING has changed. Park here at your own risk. *Note They discharge your battery, charge you $20 for a jump...... using an unsuspecting motorists vehicle as the jump source. So even if they don't discharge your battery, you will never know if they have used your vehicle to provide a jump. No one's car is safe here. Just think, if he does this 5x a day, that $100 bucks... easy.

And they don't tell you when you drop off your car. He pointed me to the sign in the window that says "No credit cards at this time." But, unless you go to the window when you drop off your car - which no one does because you just stop your car, get the ticket and walk out - you would never see the sign. The rep insisted that they told me, but they obviously didn't because I would have brought cash if I had known. So, you have to go out to get cash, get raped with a $3.50 ATM surcharge, while time is still ticking on your parking. I inquired about the monthly fee, but, after my experience, I'm not sure if I want to deal with them. Unfortunately, there are no other options in this area for covered monthly parking.
