Not only did they walk me through how to prepare for the appointment, but they made sure my tan would last! Because I was traveling, they ensured to ask the right questions such as if I was swimming in chlorine, salt water, etc. because they care about their work and ensuring I got the perfect match. I can't speak to how well Jessica air brushes because she didn't show up. When I arrived at Tangled one of the ladies was nice enough to call her to let her know I was there. Jessica's responses were "I'm sorry I'm not even close to there." And "I'm not trying to be rude, but I don't know what to tell you. I'm not there." She had apparently cancelled all of her appointments for that day and forgot to text, FB, or send even so much as a smoke signal my way to let me know. I drove all the way from Granbury (that's 1.5 hours away) for this appointment that she insisted could only be done in Springtown. Jessica was very rude and acted like it was my fault that I dare show up for an appointment that I had booked since April 23rd. I've since heard that she can be flaky as I'm not the only person she's done this to. My brother in law is getting married this weekend in Port Aransas so my schedule was very tight. She couldn't have cared less though. It doesn't matter *if* you are good at something if you're unreliable, unprofessional, and treat your clients like trash. I went to MOD in Weatherford and Steph was fabulous! She's very knowledgeable, super sweet, and gave me a beautiful tan. PLUS you can buy a package of four tans for $89.00 - which I did. So book Jessica at your own peril. Hopefully, you don't have an important event on the books because you may find yourself dumped without a word. read more

Awesome beautiful tan looks very natural no one would ever no the difference. No smudges or streaking. About 6 different shades of tan to choose from. She made me feel very comfortable it such a awkward situation. Once you try it you'll be addicted and it won't harm or age your skin like tanning beds. This owner is has very poor customer service and will lie on you to make herself look completely innocent. I did end paying the very first invoice the very next day....so lie # 1 that I was late on both invoices only 1. The 2nd lie was that I showed up at her business after 6 pm. Which is not true. I was there 4 minutes before 6 pm. She let me stand outside for a good 3 minutes in the cold, her doors were locked and she sluggishly appeared from no where to answer the door as if I was inconvenincing her by even being there. 3rd I emailed on her personal email but she has changed her hours multiple times and repeatedly called several people liars claiming she was there and she clearly wasn't for them to pick up their items. Then a live bashing stating she had gotten cussed out by multiple people. I was nothing but nice when I reached out to her multiple times to try to get my clothes. Oh 4th the times I did reach out to her were before 6 pm. I don't live on Facebook. But she claims I tried to pick up after 6 multiple times. Which is FAR FROM TRUE.
