Googled tanning at Castle Hill and found Bliss Waxing and Tanning studio, it said it was operated from a home salon in Castle Hill, looked up the address and found it wasn't too far away, so I called and spoke to a girl named Ali, she was kind enough to fit us in that afternoon at 3.30. Great. left home in plenty of time and arrived at the address on the True local website - noone was around and noone answered the door. strange . very strange. luckily I still had the phone number and called, they told me I was at the wrong place -even though I went to the address listed on their website. Could I go to Norwest or Baulkham Hills - When I asked why they hadn't told me this earlier, they said - oh , I probably should have . I didn't realise you were new . This is after I had to give my details when I made the booking because I was a new customer. I asked why they had the incorrect address on True local and they said they couldn't change it as it was their business address. I hope noone else has to waste their time going on a hunt to find this place. I will never know if it is any good, but I don't ever plan on finding out . My advice is to skip it.

The ship it self is quite small, but the ambience is really nice and relaxing. Everything is brand new in terms of chairs and equipment. This is the perfect cosy little nail salon for a girl to treat herself! Customer service was excellent and the ladies made an effort to not speak too much in their own language which I personally found really nice compared to all the other nail salons I've been too.. ;)
