I love coming to Brook 35 to shop. It's a great high-end shopping center with a very diverse mix of tenants. I enjoy the Gap store and Bath & Body Works-Williams Sonoma is great, too! I'm not sure why so many people are leaving bad reviews for the entire shopping center instead of directing their complaints to the Victoria's Secret Sea Girt Yelp page. Anyway, I'm excited to try the newly-opened Playa Bowls! I would give 5 stars however, I'm so over Starbucks (wish Rook was in its place!) and leaving the shopping center is a nightmare with traffic, but that's not the fault of the shopping center. read more

Very pleased with my shopping experience... I went to this shopping center for the first time yesterday and am thoroughly impressed. The Starbucks was clean, the staff was helpful, and my drink tasted great. I will definitely be coming back soon. read more

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I went in on a Thursday during my lunch. I was the only person in the store, yet I failed to get any help. Not to mention, there was a promotion running for PINK purchases that began 2 days before, which I spent $170.00 and yet, they did not offer me the promotion. I was rushing back to work, so I didn't realize at the time. When I went back with my receipt, and asked them about the promotion I wasn't offered, I was simply told, "oh well, sorry." Nothing was done to rectify their negligence and mistake. Obviously, they don't know the first thing about customer service, especially the manager in the store. This Victoria's Secret located here is awful due to it's staff. So unpleasant. Each experience I have in there the women are so rude and seem very irritated and annoyed with questions. They are not helpful at all. I always get so disappointed when shopping here because the looks they give you when you're shopping as well as their attitude leaves you feeling uncomfortable and not wanting to return any time soon. I'd rather go to the mall and visit that VS then go to this one. read more

I absolutely agree with the review below. The staff at Victoria's Secret is completely unpleasant. They follow you around the store and then get nasty when you say you're "just browsing." They're rude and snobby. I avoid this location at all costs. read more

Associate here in Victoria secret are not nice Maybe she is the manager I'm forever card holder I have coupon instead of helping you to use my coupon she didn't she is mean ,maybe bec I'm not white like her it's not only my first time encounter these they have promotion for forever card holder you receive reward card 20 off 40 she didn't give me one even I purchase maybe they just choose the person they gave I don't want to go again this place but this is the closer to my place . read more
