We met in March, when she agreed to do my personal taxes, we spent over an hour reviewing all my paperwork (I'd spent almost the whole weekend prior, filling out their 31-page extensive tax organizer!), and she said she'd just have time to get it done by April 15th, given all her customers and work she had in front of her. She never completed my taxes, at all, never returned any phone calls, after that, never responded to emails, her office never answered any phone calls, and I had no idea if they had gone out of business, or moved, or what was going on with my tax return and expected refund, and it was now June! I drove to her office finally, and it was open, and fully staffed, etc. I asked for my paperwork, which was quickly returned to me. Kelly said she was sorry, but she was just too busy. I asked why she couldn't have just let me know, or responded to my phone calls or emails, and she just shrugged, and said she was sorry, very dismissively and insincerely. She may be knowledgeable, as another reviewer says, but if she never responds or performs as promised, even doing a bare minimum of service to her customers, knowledge doesn't really matter. I can't say her business has any positives, since they're not trustworthy, or responsive, or responsible, in any way, to their clients. 0 stars, if that choice existed.
