I had a horrible experience here. I urge you to avoid this clinic, especially if you have chronic…read morepain or more complex injuries. The physical therapist I saw (Dr. Braden) was dismissive, rude, and unprofessional on many occasions. She took very little time in understanding my injuries, and tried to convince me I didn't have a condition I was diagnosed with. At every visit the therapist spends little time with you, usually several minutes asking repetitive questions. The rest of the time is spent on exercise machines with assistants and probably the most time with passive modalities such as heat/ice/stim, all things you can do at home and/or that have little scientific evidence of effectiveness. As the office is mostly an open space, there wasn't much privacy. I saw most other patients had similar experiences. I had problems with multiple joints and the physical therapist only examined one over six sessions. She never tested strength/balance/gait/flexibility or any of the other things physical therapists usually do. As a result the exercises were general and redundant, not at all appropriate given my situation. I have never left a bad review before, and wouldn't for just an unhelpful therapist. What really led me to write this was the questionable business practices and how the physical therapist acted. After a couple visits, she blamed me for not feeling better. I tried to explain to her that what she was doing wasn't working out, but instead of finding alternative ways, she would state certain exercises and modalities were 'supposed' to work. I left every appointment feeling worse than when I came in. A couple weeks in, she insisted that in order for therapy to be effective, I should be seeing her 3-4 times a week. She also wanted to 'progress' my exercises, but stated they would require an expensive yoga ball specifically bought from her office or else the exercises wouldn't work. She also declared that only the tens machine at her office, and not any you could use at home, were 'real'. I don't think I need to tell you lol but both these claims are untrue. At one point I changed insurance plans, and her and another person loudly complained to me in the waiting room (and not in a joking way) about how this insurance didn't compensate them as much. Then uhh just don't take that insurance?? I never made any progress here. I did later make a huge amount of progress with another pt clinic and amazing physical therapists. Maybe if you just sprained your ankle you'll be fine but otherwise avoid this place. There are many other physical therapists out there.

I worked with Rylee and Jeff since May, and I truly never dreaded going to physical therapy because they made every session genuinely enjoyable. If it weren't for them, I wouldn't be anywhere close to where I am today. There were several moments during my recovery when I hit bumps in the road and felt like giving up, but their constant encouragement kept me going. I never thought I'd say physical therapy could be "fun," but they kept things interesting by changing up the workouts and tailoring everything to my pace without pushing me too hard. After several months, I can confidently say I'm finally starting to feel "normal" again, and I truly couldn't have done it without them. On top of that, the front office staff and assistants were always incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the facility itself was spotless, comforting, and such a positive environment to recover in. I'm incredibly grateful for the entire team.

I don't understand how someone who works in Healthcare can be so utterly rude, condescending, and disrespectful to someone needing medical care!! Every time I talk to Aaliyah, she is snappy and short with no regard for anyone but herself. I understand that she is trying to do her job... However, she could do it with a little bit more kindness and poise. In one of our conversations, I used a curse word while explaining what terrible pain my foot was in, and she interrupted me to yell at me, saying, "That language would not be tolerated. And if I was going to continue to use it, I could find somewhere else to go." She had to leave me 2 messages in the last week, and when I was able to return the call, she made sure that I was aware that she left me 2 messages acting like I was a huge inconvenience for her. To Dr. Hansen, and Dr George, I appreciate your kindness and you both have been great. I would ask you to take into consideration, the attitude and affect of the people that work for you.

Not only am I vastly improved, but I so appreciate Katrina's true caring spirit. Many acupuncturists don't take insurance bc it's such a hassle, but Katrina actually wants people to feel better, so she takes insurance to make her services more accessible. Well actually the VA did and I am soo Grateful! My acupunturist I had seen for about 4 years had relicated out of state and I was so bummed and hesitant to find one if not better or the same as him or at least close to it because he set the bar high. Ive been through and to several throughout the years and while none bad, some just are Much better than others. I try to be open minded and I am SO Happy that I have my new Favorite acupuncturist! Dare I say I even like her more than my former practicioner, I told my hubby. Lol What I like about Intuitive is that Katrina is not only very nice and i formative, but she also Does so many other things! I Love the fact she also does microneedling! When I first walked in 3 weeks ago, I was like this place is Lovely and a welcoming serene calmness to it and the room is so relaxing and When she dims the light I just meditate Away into relaxation! I Never had cupoing and Always was interested and she did that on my 2nd visit after my acupunture session! And my face being microneedling, she is gently and kus a very nice warmth about Katrina than I find is grounding to me. Shes Very calm and easy to talk too and the intake on my 1st day was in depth and getting to root of my issues. Oh And Wait wait! She Also does bloodletting! Oh my goodness I just didnt want to keep doing my own since my other acupunturist left but had no choice. My thumb flares up from osteoarthritis, having broken my hand and surgery twice so my pointer finger radiates to my thumb and it swells up huge where I cant bend or write with it unless I bleed it out. Its Much better having someone else do it and she completely drains my swelling and I didnt need one today! I had it the last 2 appointments and this past week and today Im pain swollen free still! I Live for my appointments every week and I Literally cant Rave and praise My Absolute Delight to Have Found Her!!!!
