I can't recommend Brook highly enough! We are exceptionally happy that we choose to work with her though our buying process. My husband and are were first time homebuyers, and she was recommended to us by a colleague. Before choosing a realtor, we interviewed 3 other people, and during our initial meeting we were impressed by how Brook answered our questions about the process without making us feel stupid, and really took the time to listen to what we were looking for. Despite exceptionally low inventory, she found us a perfect place within a month. Because of our bad choice in our broker, our escrow process ended up being exceptionally stressful and complicated. I bought my house in 2005 with my then girlfriend. Terrible move on my part and I ultimately paid for it in 2010. We broke up thankfully, however the house tied us together. With little and difficult communication with the ex regarding the house, that Brook dealt with, I finally short sold my home.
