My partner has had the worst possible experience here. We paid an $800 deposit for a sleep apnea device and after five months of waiting for it arrive, it has been impossible to get an answer from any of the staff and we've been refused a refund multiple times. We've been told they "can't process refunds on days that aren't Wednesdays" or "the dentist will call you right back" and I've never been able to get anyone on the phone with a meaningful answer or resolution. A report to the RCDSO is imminent as this is beginning to feel like a profound scam. I would strongly advise folks go elsewhere for responsible and responsive care - not a dental team that steals your money and dodges your calls. read more

Dr Shakib is the best Dentist that I've been to. He will make sure you go home happy with a big smile. He is passionate and very professional. Since I had my ortho, He make sure I am comfortable with the new adjustments before I go home. He knows his clients very well. I really appreciate everything he has done to my teeth, all the fillings, braces...etc. The staffs are very friendly as well! Definitely recommend this office. read more
