Dr Horst was very thorough in my initial exams and I have no complaints from when I was in his direct care. He did not rush me and listened to what I had to say and he explained everything in a way that I could understand. Meredith, on the other hand... I can't say enough good things about her! She is phenomenal! Super nice, listens to everything I have to say, be it about my conditions I'm seeing her for or anything else I have on my mind. The appointments only take as long as they need to. When I use up all the words I brought with me, the appointment is through. I've not really had any issue with the front desk, they've always been cordial. I always cut up with the girls in the lab. They crack me up. I've not had a long wait time for anything here. I don't understand the poor reviews, however, I've never seen the other physicians the other reviews mentioned, so I cannot speak to that. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone that needs endocrine or thyroid care.

The phone is never answered and neither are your questions. I had an appointment but was told that my provider was no longer employed there. When I arrived I was told my appointment was at a different time and since I was late I had to be rescheduled. The front desk staff is not friendly or helpful. The medical staff just seem to be going through the motions. If you have a problem or issue between appointments, you are just out of luck!

Not impressed at all with this practice. Doctors don't seem to care what you are going through…read more With having 5 back surgeries and 3 failed due to bones being like mush and need another surgery ASAP . Labs have been done and then not letting me know results until months later, when time is important, to find what the issues is and a treatment for another surgery. I feel like death, wondering If I am have an adrenal crisis is of no concern for the doctor but I don't have the energy to even take a shower, something is wrong and ita time for answers but I don't think I will get them from this office. As a nurse this is not the proper care and treatment for a concern patient

Karen the nurse really went the extra mile tracking down previous shot records from the health department database. The clinic is clean and quiet and the staff very friendly and helpful.

I only wish they'd stick around longer. I think they work here about 2 years. The check in, leaves a lot to be desired, you're kind of run through, like an assembly line. Also it takes forever to get a script filled. I often have to call a couple of times, before I get a response. They also never seem to answer, you just leave a message and hope for the best.
