Right now I'm currently number 6, but started as caller 8 and waited a whopping 30 mins to get to caller 6. All I want is my prescription renewed!!! I tried every other number to see if I could make a break through and all the the extensions had full voicemails or they gave you an email address. Dr. Gonzalez doesn't care how his office is run at all. This has gone on far too long. Can't wait to talk to my insurance provider in search of a new doctor. By the way I've now been on hold for 15 mins and still caller 6. At this rate it's gonna be closing time by the time they answer.

I only went to EPFamily once because it was close to my apt. Actually I couldn't believe cuz went there more than once. I was not treated well either by the doctor or the office staff. My cuz has a different kind of medical problem but has been stable for years. What transpired made Cuz feel doctor doesn't listen to important things, & was a liar..... and always made her feel as though she was a drug addict....besides that the chairs in the waiting room are disgusting apparently people have peed on them and they've not been cleaned. She told me she almost hurled. And I saw a friend of mine shortly after talking to my cousin. I told her what had gone on over EP family she told me don't you know! "They treat everybody like that. Although she is busy, she makes sure you are taken care of when she meets with you. She delivers the best care and will take genuine interest in you and your needs. Her bathrooms and waiting area are always clean and parking although small, it is usually never full. I find it very convenient too that they have a lab on site. Yes, as another rater mentioned, she calls you sweetie or honey and she means nothing by it and truly is a sweetheart!
