They do have an emergency number if you have an emergency but you have to leave a message and no one calls you back. The apts are falling apart. Hardwood floors are buckling and wavy and have holes in them. Windows and doors are drafty and most windows don't have screens. They say heat included but its always freezing, sometimes falling under 40 degrees. And to top it off the maintenance manager is having an affair with a tenant. Unless you are section 8 and have reduced rent STAY AWAY FROM GEORGETOWN GARDENS

My faucet was leaking (needed a new o-ring, which I ordered from Moen) and then I realized the pop-up assembly was cracked. Now, no more leaky bathroom sink drain or faucet! YouTube made it seem fairly straightforward to fix, but it turned out that there was a problem with a pipe as well (someone had installed a pipe for a kitchen sink, not a bathroom sink) and it needed some gaskets too. I wouldn't have known how to handle that. He was efficient, able to pull it apart and get this simple job done right quickly.

These guys loaded a pod for me last year. We had a deal in writing that the charge was $425 for 2-3…read morehours. They got most things in the pod in less than 90 minutes, then the 2 helper guys just stood around while my husband and Paul did the rest. They used their pickup to ferry the boxes from the house to the pod, which really sped things up, but then the 2 helper guys covered the back of the truck and acted weird and frankly kind of menacing. Paul charged me an extra 100 dollars for using the truck even though they'd spent half the time loading because of it. They didn't really finish the job, but they were so intimidating that I paid it - $525 for about 95 minutes work. And I have spent a year looking for one box of religious artifacts that were supposed to be loaded on that pod - I can only assume that the two guys had shoved a box into the truck bed and were guarding it towards the end. I hope they enjoyed the relics of my dead nephew, which I would very much like to have back, and my meditation supplies. Perhaps they needed those things more than I did. Overcharged, plus missing things = worst mini-moving experience ever. Would not recommend.
