Forward me all the necessary paperwork. They walked me through what the initial visit would be like. When we arrived, we got checked in. They showed my son how he would check in each visit if we went with then. Dr Mibab then came out to introduce himself. He said they would scan my son's teeth then we would talk. My son went back for a scan. Maybe 5 minutes later, we went back for the consultation. He explained what would be adjusted to get the smile my son wanted. He explained the treatment procedure and layout of the payment plan. Fast forward about 9 months, we are still happy with then service here. He shows the gradual change to my son's teeth that are taking place. My son is happy with the improvement. We only had 1 communication issues since going. It was addressed immediately and resolved. Good customer service. Dr Mibab said something to me as well about it, which I did appreciate. I would recommend this office. My son is doing a great job with his treatment. I am satisfied with the money I am paying. I will say if you can get double coverage on your kids. We are divorced and it helps tremendously with medical and dental bills! Covid- they have hand sanitizer at the counter. They request just the child or patient enter right now. If they need me, they call me to let me know update or invite me in to show visuals. I had braces when I was younger and did not wear my retainer. So I'm under the impression that my teeth shifted in the top while my bottom teeth stayed so straight and so tight together that I can't even force floss comfortably in between them. I came to the orthodontist's office right after my HSA had loaded. I had actually went to another orthodontist's office about two or three years ago for them to tell me that even after having braces that I would need to be in them for at least two years and that the total would be around $5500 for traditional braces. I walked out of there and told them don't call me, I will call you. I'm not going to mention their name in this review. But they even offered to put the braces on my teeth, same day. Like I said, don't call me. I'll call you. I walked into this office with a completely different impression. From the moment I made a phone call to try to find the location, to the moment I stepped through the door and Sandi and Ashley greeted me so openly and warmly letting me know who had spoken with me on the phone regarding my appointment previously lol. And they were so warm with beautiful smiles and beautiful faces and it was just warm. I was received immediately by the new patient coordinator, Mrs. Kelly and she was such a warm and welcoming addition. We laughed from the moment I sat down in that chair and I was the last patient of the day , I was running late. I apologized and it did not phase her one bit she did not seem like she hated her job or hated where she was. Or that she was just doing it for a check. That says a lot, if you know you know. We laughed through the whole opening process she took my x-rays, She made sure I was comfortable. She took the pictures. She took all of my new patient notes to explain to the doctor what I needed and we had a grand time for about 10 to 15 minutes, which is all it took. And then I got to meet Dr. Ricci. This man came in the room and showed me my pictures, showed me the few imperfections that I had and showed me where I had room to improve and called me a unicorn lol I have all four of my wisdom teeth. And I asked him if he was saying that my mouth was big. He proceeded to tell me no, my teeth are small lol we had a great little laugh at that. But this man did something that no orthodontist or dentist has ever done and I so appreciate him for it. He told me that for him to come up with a Braces plan for me is not necessary. He said to fix the gaps that are giving me the blues in the front of my mouth. The only thing that was needed was light filler or veneers on two teeth. I actually was in a silent stupor period because I was not understanding that this man was telling me that my teeth still looked great and even with what I was noticing, even though he could have charged me an arm and a leg for a two-year plan on Braces I did not need them. This is getting lengthy so I'm going to try to sum it up, but basically I need you guys to know that he had every opportunity to hit me over the head with a two year ,organizing, teeth pulling to make space for shifting, plan... that I would've been wholeheartedly For!, and he Did not take it! I am in complete shock. Even more shocked that the consultation was absolutely free even though I did not commit to a dental plan because this doctor told me that he could not, in good conscience, take my money and put me through agony to do very little. He referred me back to my regular dentist and gave me my records and told me what to tell him. This entire office is genuine and if you can get here... Get here . Thank you guys so much and I hope the influence that I have if any on yelp and on Google allows people to find you. A genuine doctor and doctor's office is very hard to find. She spoke about the things she was doing so that I didn't wonder what was happening. Sometimes in the past, I have been delayed or waited a long time to see the Dr. when the cleaning was wrapping up. Well when his dentist suggested it was probably time for braces (he inherited my overbite) they walked us right over. And not outside "walked us over" ... they're actually connected inside!! SUUUPPER convenient! We met with Dr. Nima for the first time and as he looked in my son's mouth, within 2 minutes, came up with a plan of how to treat his overbite. I've had braces in my younger days, so I was familiar with some of the terminology however, Dr. Nima made sure to explain every step, every term and never made you feel out of place. The office is ALWAYS clean & welcoming! They make you excited to be there. My son (now 9) has been going to Dr. Nima since he was 6 or 7. He's been going to the dentist since 18 months so for him getting his mouth looked at he's pretty comfortable. They are gentle, they always ask you if you're comfortable, the staff ALWAYS carries themselves with respect and are always such a joy to be around & not to mention, they also have TV's above each chair station when you're getting worked on to keep your child (or you) entertained and not thinking so much about what's going on inside their mouth! I love the staff and Dr. Nima so much. I ended up getting Invisalign for myself back in Feb 2024. Dr. Nima suggested a 10 month plan and my perfect smile would be achieved. Not only did we jump on the ball, I received a discount because my son is a patient there, and that 10 month plan turned into 7!!! I achieved my perfect smile within 7 months because I followed Dr. Nima's recommendation of wearing my Invisalign for 22hours a day for 10 days and then switching my trays. I will say their estimates for costs have been more then a bit off both times in the beginning. We delayed both times due to what seemed to be way too high of a cost when quoted and asked if it was right . Both times they told us it was so we decided to wait and eventually we got a call or a requote that was much more reasonable. I'd like to think it was just a mistake and not an attempt to just charge more the first time. The care and visits have been good. My youngest boys teeth have already seen much improvement in just a short time!
